Jasana, Inc. began in 2003 as 817 Atlantic Avenue Partners, LLC with a focused mission: To provide high-quality, entry-level homes. We formed many partnerships to achieve great housing solutions, but over the years we recognized the need to provide more value to our customers beyond traditional construction standards.

In 2006, operating as Long Beach Fine Homes, LLC, we were the first company to introduce radiant heat fireplaces to the city of Long Beach. Combined with our fundraising efforts and other green product implementations, we received the Socially Conscious and Environmentally Aware (SCEA) award from the Villages at Cabrillo, which was presented to us by former Long Beach city council member Suja Lowenthal. We have developed a sincere appreciation of energy savings, low cost and low impact living, while maintaining a high standard of living. As a natural outgrowth of all this experience, we have grown our mission to its present form: To improve home performance, make homes more comfortable, safe, and efficient, and help people save money and resources.

Based in Newport Beach, California, we serve satisfied clients throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County. From water heaters to windows and insulation to solar panels, Jasana specializes in green remodeling and retrofitting to make your dream home a reality.

Our general manager is an engineer who graduated from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, which has been ranked as the best undergraduate engineering college in the country by U.S. News & World Report ten years in a row. Our staff includes highly educated, skilled, trained, and certified professionals, such as a Chemical Engineer, LEED AP, Certified Green Building Professional, Green Point Rater, and others who are pursuing additional certifications so we can provide the best information and services to our clients.

Jasana is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We hold a general contractor’s license as well as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC licenses. In addition to many green certifications, we’re a certified dealer and installer of over 100 products, which can help you save energy and increase your comfort at home. Jasana is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and the California Building Performance Contractors Association (CBPCA).
